• Shop/account identifiers and authorization metadata.
• Order, product, and return/refund operational data.
• System logs, audit records, and troubleshooting data.

• To provide analytics, monitoring, and operational workflow features.
• To secure the platform, detect misuse, and maintain reliability.
• To meet contractual, legal, and compliance obligations.

We process data under contractual necessity, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, and compliance obligations as applicable.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure and service providers only as needed to operate TCOS, subject to contractual safeguards.
