Depending on authorized integrations, we may process:
- Shop/account identifiers and authorization metadata.
- Order, product, and return/refund operational data.
- System logs, audit records, and troubleshooting data.
3. Why We Process Data
- To provide analytics, monitoring, and operational workflow features.
- To secure the platform, detect misuse, and maintain reliability.
- To meet contractual, legal, and compliance obligations.
4. Legal Basis
We process data under contractual necessity, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, and compliance obligations as applicable.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure and service providers only as needed to operate TCOS, subject to contractual safeguards.

Primary processing is in the United States. Approved providers may process data in additional regions as needed for availability and reliability.
